01Who is responsible for your data
IKODEX (ikodex.dev) is an independent web and software development service based in Miraflores, Lima, Peru. IKODEX is the controller of the personal data it receives through this site and its contact channels.

02What data I receive
I only receive the data you choose to send me, plus the minimum technical data the site needs to work:
- Contact and project data: your name, your business name, your WhatsApp number or email, the services you are interested in, your approximate budget and any details you share.
- Technical data: the company that hosts this site automatically logs your IP address, browser type, the page visited and the date of the visit, to keep the site secure and running.
I do not ask for sensitive data (such as health, religion or political opinions) or card and bank account details through this site.
03How the contact form works
The form does not store your information on any server. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your browser builds a message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp. The message only reaches me if you send it from the app.
From that point on, the message is also covered by WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.
04What I use your data for
I use your data only to:
- Answer your questions and prepare proposals or quotes.
- Coordinate, build and support the projects you hire me for.
- Issue invoices and meet legal and tax obligations.
- Keep the site secure and fix errors.
I do not sell, rent or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes, and I will not send you marketing without your consent.
05Legal basis
I process your data with your consent, which you give when you contact me; to prepare or carry out a services contract with you; and to meet legal obligations. I do so in line with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.
06Who I share it with
To run the site and talk with you, I use these providers, which may process data on my behalf:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Meta: WhatsApp and Instagram, if you contact me there.
- TikTok: if you contact me there.
- Google: email, if you write to me by email.
These providers may store information outside Peru, which counts as an international data transfer. I only work with providers that apply recognized security measures.
I may also share data with authorities when a law or court order requires it.
08How long I keep your data
If your inquiry doesn't turn into a project, I keep the conversation for up to 12 months and then delete it. If you are a client, I keep your data for as long as we work together and for as long as tax and legal rules require.
09Your rights
At any time you can exercise your rights of:
- Access: find out what data of yours I hold.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask me to delete your data.
- Objection: ask me to stop using it for a specific purpose.
- Withdrawal: withdraw the consent you gave.
To do so, email me at ikodex.dev@gmail.com with your name and what you need. I will reply within the time limits set by law.
If you believe I did not handle your request properly, you can file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
10How to ask me to delete your data
Email ikodex.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", or send me the same message on WhatsApp. I will delete your information from my email, chats and documents, except what the law requires me to keep, and confirm when it's done.
Keep in mind that messages you sent me on WhatsApp are also stored on your own phone; you can delete them from the app.
11Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only I have access to the information you send me. I take reasonable measures to protect it, although no system connected to the internet is completely foolproof.
12Minors
This site is intended for people over 18 and for businesses. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor sent me their data, contact me and I will delete it.
13Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when the way I work or the law changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. If a change is significant, I will point it out clearly on the site.
